How do I install printbed onto y-carriage frame

Hi, I'm having problems with installing the heated bed on my Y-carriage, I really could use some help.

When installing the heated bed to the y-carriage, do the screws just sit on the wholes of the y-carriage? I cant push them through so it's either they need to rest on the holes in the y-carriage frame, or they need to be screwed in?

I don't think the bed can be leveled with the z ajusters when screwed into the y-carriage?? I could use some help here. Thank you!

kind regards!

Only one of my bed carriage screws slips in, the rest were too tight. For the former I used the plastic adjuster and the latter I screwed them in. Kinda wonky, but working so far.

I just learned that the reason the screws are tight is because of slightly too much paint in the holes of the Y carriage. The screws should go all the way in. Screw them in if you have to, they will cut threads through the paint, not the carriage.

The screws have to be tight or there will be "slop" in the X and Y axis.

For this reason it is recommended that you do NOT drill out these holes.
