Error in calibration X motorHi, i finished to assembly the printer, I updated the firmware at the last version uploading the following firmware: 1_75mm_M...
Answer to: Error in calibration X motorHi Jakub, today I replaced the MiniRambo board with the new one received from your support team. Unfortunately I still have the same issue, I think it depends from the X motor, I made a test releasing two teeth of the belt and I broke the x-carriage, photo added. After this accident I disassembled the x motor from the placement, I removed the GT2-16 pulley, I connected the X motor at the Y socket, then I connected the Y motor at the X socket and I tried to move the axis (see video added). As you can see the shaft of the X motor it doesn't rotate. Now I have two questions for you: 1) how can I block the belt with the broken x-carriage or how should be possible to receive a new x-carriage 2) Do you agree with me that the problem is generate from the X-motor? Could you substitute It?
Answer to: Error in calibration X motorI made both the tests. The endstop works properly, the motor Y plugged in the X socket presents the same issues, the motor X plugged in the Y socket works properly.
Answer to: Error in calibration X motorHi Jakub, was one of the first things I tried, this is the result. With the printer off the movement of the motor looks fine, free, and the extruder move with few efforts if I move the axe of the motor or the belt
