With the help of the Chatline, we think we found the problem. the PINDA probe is throwing off false readings. Prusa will send me a new one. hopefully this will solved the issue. I will keep you up to date.

Hi All,

After 3 weeks chatting, doing test, rebuild, and changing parts, and spending a lot of time surging for the problem, finally we found the problem: the Einsy board was playing up, Prusa send me a new one and that did the trick, calibration went perfect and the printer is printing now. Special thanks for Marek at Prusa Customer Support to help me out.

Hi Ramon,

yes, this looks like a broken PINDA probe. It is strange since every piece is tested in our factory.

Change it and let me know ;)
