Left hot end fan where is the location?

I bought a used printer. The first things is to follow the book.

I ran the selftest and the left fan is not working the test. What is the left fan?

It look like the wiring is ok. Facing the front of the extruder the fan below the extruder is not running. How do I get this fan? It was brought as a assemble printer. He brought the printer in late last year.

Answer this question I have this problem too

Is this a good question?

Hi David,

left hotend fan is used to cool down the hotend and it is placed on the left side of the extruder, then there is a front print fan used to cool down some printed objects (not all materials must be cooled down during prints).

You can easily check both fans by running a selftest in the printer's menu. Quite common issues are broken wires. You can buy new fans on our eshop, but the spare parts are visible to the owners of the printer, so contact our support (use livechat button on the eshop page) and they will make this section available to you ;)
