Y Axis length error (motor doesn’t know when it’s hit limits)

The motor on the Y Axis seems to not be hitting a limit and continues to try and push the bed forward. It does this during the self test and fails with an error of “y axis length error”. No wires are caught and have removed the bed and it still does it.

I have attached a video of it below.

Hi Alex,

please go through the second chapter of the assembly manual again. Ensure all the parts, namely the belt and its holder are assembled correctly. It is possible to swap the orientation and it might be causing your issue.

Also, turn the printer off and try with your hand to achieve the full range of the Y-axis, it might be there is something on the smooth rod preventing it or the belt is too tight or too loose.
