X-axis motor jamming when calibrating

I just finished assemblying my Prusa i3 MK2 and the selfcheck went fine, however, the XYZ calibration seems to cause issues. My x-axis motor stops spinning and makes a loud noise - as if something is blocking the wagon with the extruder. If I shut down the printer I can easily move it myself.

What could cause this? And what should I do?

Thanks in advance!

It seems to have been the wires. I am not sure exactly what caused the problem, but i fiddled with the wires after which the printer worked.

Check if the extra piece of belt doesn't enter in the pullet (on motor side and on other side).

hey i was having the same issue, i moved wires around and moved the belt. also i dont know if you guys had this same issues, but that spiral wrap for my cable chain was starting to sag pretty bad, i ended up printing these chains, they worked out so far pretty well: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:231159...
