Right Z axis rod jamming half way.

hey guys, ive just finished putting my i3 mk2s kit together, and when i was putting on the black plastic screws to hold the Z axis to the threaded rods i noticed the right one was stiff about half way down, but by hand i could twist it past that point.

so now come to the self test stage and moving the Z axis from the bottom to the top using the settings, once again the right side is stopping half way while the left side runs smoothly.

i have tried...

- lubing the rod.

- switching the black clips over from left to right (thinking it was the clip) but still the right rod gets jammed.

- without the black clip on the right side..... and it goes up but only because there is no thread around the rod.

i believe the rod is faulty, thats all i can put it down to. ( at the point of jamming the rod thread doesn't look right)

can anyone help me with this? or know who i can speak to, to get a replacement part shipped over.

thank you michael.
