Geometry of X and Z axis

After mounting the Z and X axis on the frame, I tried to put the X axis at the top by rotating the screws of the Z motors. But when I am at the very top on the left motor, I can't put the right one at the same level, it's come down by itself at 2 or 3 mm from the top. It seems the general geometry of the rods are not good.

After investigation, I found the X-carriage part has been badly printed , one of the hole for iserting the rod is not perpendicular to the bearing axis. See the picture.

The point has been checked by chat with Prusa and a new part will be sent to me next week.

Thank you for Prusa reactivity

Did the new part end up fixing the problem? I have the same issue.

Yes, without any issue

Thanks, I printed a replacement on another printer and it solved the problem for me as well.

I have the same issue, but with the other x end ("x-end-idler"). I will try to print a replacement on my friends printer, hope it will be accurate enough.
