Colliding of heatbed and extruder while Z and XYZ calibration

i assembled my Prusa today und made the selftest. Until there everything is ok. But when i start the Z Calibration the extruder hits the heatbed on the right site and in the back.

After the Z Calibration the left Z motor is a little deeper as the right Zmotor.

Do you have any suggestions for me?

Lower the probe! Maybe about 1mm. By me at first everthing was fine and then it starts to hit the bed so i lower down the pinda-probe about 1mm and now its fine!

Hi Erik,

please add few pictures of the assembled printer to ensure everything is ok.

Check for the top of the Z-axis, if both printed parts are at the same height and re-run the Z-calibration, ensure the X-axis arrives to both Z-axis ends (therefore becomes aligned - horizontal).

As for the Y-axis, check it is sitting in the frame horizontally. You can check that by moving the bed (printer turned off) and looking for the distance between Y-carriage and aluminum frame on both sides.
