HELP Please! Y-idler housing crooked, Friction in Y rods

Hello Everyone

My Y-idler bearing is crooked and not straight as per all pictures in guides..

Any ideas what I might have done wrong?

It seems like the whole belt is 99% straight - not 100%

Secondly, I am having second-thoughts about how I built the Yaxis, as I have to inflict some force in order to move the bed...I tried adjusting the screws and it is better, but when the bed is about to touch the Y endstop, I have to inflict little more force.

Is this OK?

Obviously, I am little afraid to go on, only to find out I did the whole base wrong and have issues later on, especially with priting :/

Also, I am a complete beginner at 3D printing..lol :)

Thanks!!

Hi Martin,

try to adjust the position of the pulley and also check the belt is fully pressed in the Y-belt-holder part. It might be causing certain eccentricity resulting in a tilt of this idler bearing.
